Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from an agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement by making a clear statement (e.g., in writing via post or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs arising if you chose a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. No fees will be charged for the refund. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day you informed us of your decision to withdraw from the agreement. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exemptions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Delivery of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications, are not prefabricated, and are made on the basis of the consumer’s individual choice or decision, or that are clearly personalized.

Important Notice: Unclaimed and Refused Delivery Policy At Vitamorr, we strive to deliver your high-quality products as quickly and efficiently as possible. However, when a package is refused at the door or left uncollected at a local pick-up point, it incurs significant logistical costs for our small business. To remain sustainable and continue offering competitive pricing, we have implemented a Standard Refusal Fee of 15 Euro. 

Why is there a fee? When a delivery is "Refused" or "Not Picked Up," our business is hit with triple costs:
Original Shipping: The cost we paid to send the item to you.
Return Shipping: The courier charges us a secondary fee to ship the item back to our warehouse.
Processing & Restocking: The administrative cost of handling the return and checking the product's condition for resale. The 15 Euro fee is a partial compensation to help cover these "dead" logistics costs and the potential loss of product value during transit.
Terms of Delivery Acceptance By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms:
Refusal of Delivery: If you intentionally refuse a package upon delivery from the courier, a 15 Euro fee will be deducted from your refund.
Failure to Collect: If the courier leaves a notification and the package is returned to us because it was not collected from the parcel shop/depot within the carrier's timeframe, this is considered a "Refused Delivery."
Incorrect Address: If a package is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided during checkout, the 15 Euro fee will apply to cover the return-to-sender charges.
